Our Story<\/h3><\/div>[vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1727367129516{margin-bottom: 10px !important;}” addstyles=”font-size: 18px”]OTB was founded by the meeting of Federico Sannelli and Paolo Bettinelli, two professionals with a shared passion for sports and science, becoming the natural professional outcome of a persistently pursued idea aimed at providing professional and amateur athletes with the best training techniques and the most advanced scientific performance evaluation systems.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our work involves designing and implementing targeted training programs that enable athletes to achieve optimal physical condition, prevent injuries, or return to pre-injury performance levels.<\/span><\/p>\n

Today, OTB is synonymous with excellence in enhancing athletic performance and promoting psycho-physical well-being, through the development of tailor-made programs for every type of athlete.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text]

Our team is led by Federico Sannelli and Paolo Bettinelli, both with extensive experience in the sports industry and deep technical expertise.<\/p>\n

Federico has a solid background in sports science, with years of experience in training cyclists and endurance athletes.<\/span><\/p>\n

In 2014-2015, he was an integral part of the Italian National Paratriathlon Team as a coach, participating in major international competitions and in the qualifications for the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympics.<\/span><\/p>\n

In 2016, he became the technical director of Team Equa, achieving qualification for the Paralympics with 4 athletes and winning 5 gold medals, one silver, and one bronze.\n<\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div>[\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner el_class=”rs_col-sm-6″ width=”1\/3″]

Paolo is a recognized expert in athletic coaching, with extensive experience as an agent and coach, collaborating with high-level athletes in professional soccer and skiing. His career is marked by a constant commitment to pushing athletes to their maximum potential, thanks to a unique combination of technical skills and motivational abilities.\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Vittorio has a solid background in motor sciences, with years of experience as a FIN-certified swimming instructor. He specializes in managing swimming training and activities, with a personalized approach for athletes of all levels.<\/span><\/p>\n

Vittorio is a key reference point at OTB for physical preparation in swimming, guiding athletes towards improving their performance and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
